At a glance, you can see if the printing system is active, check print speed and cartridge ink levels, start and stop printing, adjust intensity, set passwords, and manage encoder signals—all directly from the HMI. The touchscreen responds to both thin work gloves and bare hands. With IP52 protection, the Integra Vivid is safe in dusty production environments and against dripping water.

Space-saving control unit for up to 8 inkjet printheads The Markoprint Integra Quadro² is a versatile controller for operating up to 8 printheads, designed with mounting clips for easy integration into control cabinets or machinery. It is ideal for applications where data and tasks are sent from a local PC, network location, PLC, or other integrated device. The unit controls a wide range of printheads and configurations, communicating with printheads without built-in intelligence. It supports four print technologies: HP, LX, MX, and XR, and can operate all 8 printheads simultaneously. This enables printing on multiple sides of a package, multiple production lines, or stacking printheads for larger print heights. Layouts and print jobs are easily managed using the included iDesign software.

DIN rail clips and mounting brackets make integration into control cabinets or machinery simple and efficient. Compatible with a wide range of Markoprint printheads, the Quadro provides precise control over text, graphics, and 1D/2D barcodes. Its connectivity options—including USB, Ethernet, PLC, and web interfaces—allow seamless integration with production lines, while encoder inputs ensure accurate printing even at variable belt speeds.

Building on the proven X2JET and X4JET systems, Coreflex combines expanded I/O, faster processing, and broad compatibility with existing inks and print technologies. Engineered for flexible production environments, Coreflex supports multi-channel operation and allows different print technologies to run simultaneously. Its rugged 5.7″ touchscreen and integrated keypad provide intuitive control, even in demanding industrial conditions. The system can operate independently or in combination with Integra Command software and adapts easily to wall-mounted or tabletop installations. Compatible with HP, LX, MX, and XR technologies, Coreflex enables precise marking of text, graphics, barcodes, and variable data across one or two production lines—making it ideal for complex, high-throughput packaging operations.
