Continuous Thermal Inkjet Printer
The Markoprint NonStopPrinting is a thermal inkjet (TIJ) printer designed for high-volume production lines that require uninterrupted operation. Its dual-cartridge system alternates in a 2:1 ratio, ensuring that at least 50% of ink remains in one cartridge while the other is replaced or cleaned, allowing continuous printing without downtime.
The printer can automatically pause if a misprint is detected by a connected camera, maintaining error-free output while the second cartridge continues printing.
Compact and versatile, the NonStopPrinting integrates easily with new or existing production lines. It supports high-resolution printing of text, graphics, and barcodes up to 900 DPI, with print heights up to 12.5 mm (½ inch). The system works on both porous and non-porous substrates, accepts external print triggers, and connects to databases or ERP systems for variable data printing.
