High-Speed Piezo Inkjet Printer
The Markoprint Integra PP RAZR is a versatile piezo thermal inkjet printer designed for high-resolution printing on porous and non-porous surfaces. It supports print heights from 1.5 mm up to 34 mm (1.3″), with the option to cascade up to four printheads for larger graphics or text up to 136 mm (5.35″).
Integrated redundancy with dual nozzle channels ensures continuous operation even if one channel fails. The internal ink reservoir allows hot-swappable 250 ml solvent-based cartridges, reducing downtime and maximizing production uptime. Print speeds reach up to 150 m/min at 300 DPI, with 600 DPI available at reduced speeds.
The printer supports side or top-down printing, extended throw distances up to 5 mm, and grayscale functionality for adjustable print intensity. External triggers and software connectivity allow integration with databases, ERP systems, or the Integra Vivid controller.
