Large-Format Two-Color Piezo Inkjet Printing
The Integra PP 108 Bicolor is a large-format piezo inkjet printer designed for high-impact printing on absorbent surfaces, offering a print height of up to 108 mm (4.25”). This bicolor system enables simultaneous printing with two ink colors, making it ideal for warning symbols, dual-color logos, and attention-grabbing graphics.
Built with German-engineered PP Class piezo technology and a SEIKO printhead, the system delivers sharp, consistent output at speeds of up to 150 m/min at 360 dpi. An internal circulating ink system removes air from the nozzles to maintain print quality, while level-independent ink delivery allows the ink tanks to be installed above, below, or level with the printhead without affecting performance. Large ink reservoirs support hot refilling to maximize uptime and reduce operator intervention.
