The Markoprint Integra Quadro is a compact controller with an OLED screen, designed to operate up to four printheads simultaneously. Its versatile design allows stacking for larger print heights, printing on multiple sides of a package, or running two separate production lines at once. Four print technologies are supported—HP, LX, MX, and XR—making it adaptable to almost any industrial application.
The Quadro communicates with printheads lacking built-in intelligence and visualizes print jobs and statuses for supported heads. An intuitive control panel and included iDesign software allow users to design layouts, adjust settings, and manage jobs quickly. DIN rail clips and mounting brackets make integration into control cabinets or machinery simple and efficient.
Compatible with a wide range of Markoprint printheads, the Quadro provides precise control over text, graphics, and 1D/2D barcodes. Its connectivity options—including USB, Ethernet, PLC, and web interfaces—allow seamless integration with production lines, while encoder inputs ensure accurate printing even at variable belt speeds.

- XR: 1 printhead up to 71mm, 2 up to 142mm, 3 up to 213mm, 4 up to 284mm
